Meet Our Team
Diana McDonough, President, is the founder of BridgeView CFO Solutions and has been working closely with many of our present clients for over fifteen years. BridgeView CFO Solutions was formed to provide high level, outsource expertise in accounting and business management services to professional financial firms from launch to maturity, utilizing a curated tool box of cloud based support solutions.
Prior to forming BridgeView CFO Solutions, Diana was a founding partner of the Conifer Group where she launched the Fund Administration group (now part of SS&C) in 1995, and built that practice from the ground up. In 2006 Diana developed the Professional Services group at Conifer to focus on providing outsource CFO services to emerging business owners. In 2011 Diana and Conifer worked together to seamlessly spin out the department to her independently owned firm when she formed BridgeView CFO Solutions.
Diana has brought together and oversees a diverse team of experienced CFO advisers. She is actively involved with our clients, advising on general business matters, cash flows, budgeting, financial reporting, employee matters, payroll and taxes, benefits administration and insurance. With over 20 years in the investment management space Diana has an extensive background in the startup phase of financial service firms, as well as those in transition through growth, spinoffs, acquisitions and wind downs.
Diana has a BS in Accounting and over thirty years of experience providing small business entrepreneurs with proven and seasoned advice in launching new businesses and maintaining the infrastructure required to keep a successful company running smoothly.
Aaron Odle, CPA, is Vice President of Accounting Services at BridgeView CFO Solutions, providing clients with services ranging from treasury management to advising on technical financial reporting issues. He brings expert knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles developed over a 20 year career in accounting. His audit background supports our clients in obtaining positive results in a smooth and efficient financial process.
In addition, he tutors and mentors peers in their path to passing the CPA exam which continues to strengthen his own scope of knowledge in the ever changing technical accounting environment. With 15 years of tax experience he also provides an understanding of tax concepts allowing him to identify potential issues with difference courses of action.
Aaron has spent the past 10 years focusing on systems development and integration. With experience in many of the accounting platforms available to our clients, he can identify strengths and weaknesses of each system and help guide our clients to the right solution to meet their objectives. He has designed many of the robust accounting and reporting platforms tailored to fit each of our clients.
Aaron’s expert financial competencies and ability to implement process improvement programs have made him a valuable resource for executive leaders involved in startup operations and early stage companies.
Rivkah Massey-Penarelli, Controller, joined BridgeView CFO Solutions in 2013. In addition to her knowledge of financial service firms Rivkah has over 10 years of experience specializing in small to mid-size organizations providing guidance and support in running the daily operations. As Controller Rivkah focuses on accounts payable, payroll and HR service offering for all our clients as well as internally for BridgeView CFO. She has broad experience in diverse industries including professional services, technology and startups.
Prior to joining BridgeView CFO Rivkah served as Finance Director at Oddcast, Inc. a tech company in New York City, where she oversaw the financial management of the firm through several different stage of its growth. She also spent three years serving as Managing Director for the nonprofit Milk Can Theatre Company.
While in New York Rivkah also operated her own bookkeeping business managing multiple clients in a wide range of industries. She is highly adept at supporting the needs of multiple clients in various industries and stages of development. Rivkah is a strong advocate of integrated cloud based accounting solutions and is well versed in researching the evolving technological landscape to select products for our accounting platform and design best practices while adding to our tool kit.
Rivkah earned her Bachelor of Theater Arts from Tel Aviv University and a certificate of Nonprofit Management from City University New York. She is an avid theatre fan and takes in local shows whenever she can.
Dominic Li, CPA, is a Senior Accountant with BridgeView CFO Solutions providing clients with services ranging from cash flow management, technical accounting research, audit support, and process improvement. Dominic’s understanding of the entire accounting cycle allows him analyze options and propose recommendations to support business managers in various stages of their businesses.
Prior to joining BridgeView CFO, Dominic worked at an outsourced accounting and FP&A firm based in San Mateo, providing outsourced accounting services to small and mid-sized technology start-up companies. Before developing his current expertise with financial service firms Dominic provided accounting services and expertise in industries ranging from SaaS, business continuity & disaster recovery, and manufacturing.
Dominic holds a B.A. in Business Management Economics with emphasis in Accounting from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
Shannon Cutting, Accountant and Business Development Associate, focuses on client onboarding, accounts payable and payroll/HR/benefits here at BridgeView CFO. Shannon also manages our business development efforts and helps ensure top-quality services with customized best practice standards are offered to our clients at all times. She has an eye for detail and a knack for talking vendors into waiving fees.
Shannon is a passionate advocate for going paperless and making financial documents and reports accessible 24/7 in the cloud. She has a background in solving the operational challenges of growing businesses and knows that giving managers immediate access to data allows them to use their energies to focus on the bigger picture. She is dedicated to helping managers escape the worries of business management by placing their confidence in our mantra of “just give it to BridgeView, they’ll take care of it”. Shannon’s small business experience strengthens BridgeView CFO’s own core expertise and furthers our mission to provide superior support for entrepreneurs and business managers.
Shannon earned her Bachelor’s degree in Economics at the University of California, Berkeley and is a Bay Area native. In her spare time, you can find her checking out the city’s ever-changing brunch scene, volunteering at Project Open Hand in San Francisco, or spoiling her nephew in the North Bay.
Julee Nevarez, Accountant, is an Accountant at BridgeView CFO Solutions, focused primarily on accounts payable and related process improvement functions.
Julee brings a broad range of over twenty years of experience to BridgeView CFO Solutions from both public accounting and private industry. During her years in public accounting, Julee specialized in audit and consulting services. Her diverse private industry experience has been focused in recent years on venture capital backed entities in rapid growth mode. These positions have honed her expertise in streamlining accounting departments to operate at optimal efficiency.
Julee adds to our strength with a background in configuration and implementation of various accounting, timekeeping & payroll systems, and enjoys transitioning clients into the cloud. Her most recent corporate role was as Assistant Controller of a multi-state group of medical practices.
During her free time, Julee is actively involved in community interests. She serves on the finance and audit committees for her local Girl Scout council, is a board member and co-treasurer at a non-profit entity providing services to the homeless & underserved population, and is a hospital volunteer for the Ronald McDonald House. Julee holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Southern New Hampshire University.
